Tiago is the best manager:) gets all the equipment back and working :) The cleaner is always around I would suggest a few auto air freshners around and some spray and towel to wipe equipment down after use . But overall 5 stars everyone is friendly that works here :)

Staff and trainers are extremely helpfull and friendly, equipment are in ample and of high quality, gym is clean at all times, parking no issue only place of improvement i feel is timing for classes if they can be upto 8pm or 9pm daily then more ppl can join [ currwnt 9am to 6pm classes means after work its not possible to make it on time and we lose out ]

The entry getting in and out is quirky but slightly annoying and entering a code to access toilets inside...but good gym great size and cheap prices

Yes I've rejoined The Gym after a long break. I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed making myself sweat and ache! Too much was going wrong physically and I realized that not exercising was the main cause of my problems. Being 70+ it's easy to find excuses for not exercising but it's really the only way to improve your quality of life. The Gym is a great place to go. Light, airy, nice temperature, great range of equipment. Friendly and helpful staff.What else do you need?

I’ve been a member of the gym for about 6 years now, so that should say something. All the staff are really friendly (won’t name names I like and talk to you all) I always feel welcomed, like I can ask you guys anything! The gym is clean and tidy and has a range of different equipment and classes to try. The only thing I would say is that some of the benches and padded armrest things could do with upgrading as overtime with use they start to crack/fray and are a little uncomfortable at times. Also the cable machines could do with some new and extra handles/bars but that doesn’t stop me going and I always recommend the gym to people and will continue to.

Having been a member now for about 6 years I can’t say anything negative about this gym . This gym is very clean . It’s set on two levels with both levels well stocked up with the latest equipment. The general atmosphere in the gym is friendly and most people are helpful. I’ve recently used a personal trainer called Marlena to help improve my technique and form . And she’s absolutely brilliant and very professional. All in all a great time and experience in using this gym .

I joined the gym group fairly recently and have found that it is a clean and welcoming environment. Super easy access and looove that it is open 24/7. Marlena (PT) is a wonderful coach and goes above and beyond to support her clients; PT sessions are challenging, fun and varied - so much so that I actually really look forward to it each week! Marlena is always on hand and happy to support and provide guidance where needed. Best decision I have (and likely will make) this year was choosing to work with Marlena.
